We may collect your identification data (name, address, telephone, e-mail), contact data (content of your messages and history of communications via forms, e-mail, telephone and social networks), browsing data (IP address, cookies, pages visited) and professional data (company and position, when you provide them on business cards or fairs/events). We do not collect sensitive data such as health information, religious opinions, sexual orientation or biometric data.
We process your data to manage contact requests and quotes, execute contracts or take pre-contractual steps (legal basis: Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), to communicate information and updates and for direct marketing, with your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), for statistical analysis and continuous improvement of our services based on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) and to fulfil legal obligations (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR). Failure to indicate data marked as mandatory makes it impossible to process the request.
We keep your contact details and leads for 3 years after the last contact, quote and contract records for 5 years, marketing data (e.g. newsletters) for as long as you maintain consent, and system and browsing logs for 2 years.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except to fulfil legal obligations to judicial, tax or regulatory authorities, to Cloud partners and system maintenance (with confidentiality clauses) and to analysis services such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, without direct identification. Any transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area benefit from Standard Data Protection Clauses approved by the European Commission.
